In accordance with the spirit of the Fundamental Law of Education (Act No. 25 of 1947), and based on the School Education Act (Act No. 26 of 1947) and the Act on the National Institute of Technology (Act No. 113 of 2003), Kagoshima KOSEN aims to provide in-depth instruction in specialized academic disciplines and to develop human resources equipped with practical and specialized knowledge and skills necessary for professions.
